Established in 1979, the CSEA EBF is a non-profit labor trust fund chaired by CSEA President Mary E. Sullivan and managed by a seven-member Board of Trustees. The EBF provides benefits to all CSEA represented employees in NYS Bargaining units, the CSEA-represented employees of the Unified Court System, and more than 600 local government units, including counties, cities, towns, villages, school districts, and public authorities.
