The CSEA Employee Benefit Fund is a non-profit trust fund managed by a board of directors made up of CSEA members. Benefits are provided to New York State and Local Government CSEA members and their dependents through contract negotiations between the CSEA Unit and their employer. The CSEA Employee Benefit Fund strives to provide benefit assistance to our members so they can better afford quality dental care. Participating Providers are an important part of our program. We would like to invite you to become a Participating Provider. Once we receive your contract you will be listed in our provider listing and our cooperative relationship of providing dental benefits and dental care will begin. Our Members Need You Dental Department Improvements since January 2001 The following improvements were made to increase provider participation and make the submission of claims easier and more efficient for our present providers. Future changes and enhancements will be based on this philosophy of cooperation and improved communication with our providers and members. - Submission of claims can be accomplished with a universal ADA form.
- Turnaround time for claims has been decreased.
- Increases in allowances for many frequently utilized procedures.
- Improved customer service through training.
- Addition of Provider/Member Relations Liaison to our staff.
